What Bid Pricing gives you

A priced bid you can defend, line by line.

Not a market guess. A sheet built from the scope in your package and the rates you already know, with every estimate labeled so you know what to check before you sign.

  1. 01

The scope comes from the report

Facilities, square footage, frequencies, staffing, response times, and the pricing instructions: the form, the term, the option years, the escalation rule. Each fact links to its page.

  2. 02

    Your rates first

Enter what you know: per square foot, hourly by role, per visit, monthly, overhead and margin. Every field is optional.

  3. 03

We fill the blanks and label them

Wage floors, prevailing wage, production rates, and standard estimating figures fill whatever you left empty. Every figure says yours, from the RFP, or ours, with a confidence level.

  4. 04

    Cost floor to premium

A bottom-up cost floor, your rates checked against it, a recommended price at your target margin, and a premium price with the reason it can hold.

  5. 05

    On the buyer's own form

One line per row of the price proposal form, ready to copy over, plus checks against the bond, wage, payment, and damages terms the report found.

Questions

About paying, refunds, and what comes next.

What do I get?

The Bid Intelligence Report, $19.95 one-time after a free preview. Every deadline, mandatory requirement, required form, evaluation criterion, pricing instruction, scope fact, contract risk, and contradiction in the package, each linked to its source page, plus the compliance matrix (Excel and CSV), a PDF, a calendar export, and a go/no-go score. It is generated in minutes.

Bid Pricing, $34.95 with the report or +$19.95 added to it: a priced bid on the buyer’s own form, built from the rates you enter and our labeled estimates for the blanks. The sample report carries a complete priced bid so you can see exactly what you get. The Response Pack, a $49.00 add-on, brings the proposal outline, response matrix, drafts, and checklists, generated with your report and delivered beside it as a Word document. Every package is one-time; a plan is never required.

Where do the numbers in Bid Pricing come from?

Three places, and every number says which. Your rate: what you entered (per square foot, hourly by role, per visit, monthly, overhead, margin). From the RFP: stated in the package, such as a living wage, a contract term, or the square footage in an attachment. Our estimate: what fills the blanks you left: the federal, state, and city minimum wage where the work is performed, each shown with its source and the date it took effect, and mid-market production rates, burden, and margin figures, each with a confidence level and a note on what to confirm. Where the work is performed comes from the package, or from the state and city you choose in the calculator.

We never use other customers’ bids, and we never give two bidders on the same solicitation a shared target. A priced bid is an estimate to start your own judgment from, not a guarantee of cost or award.

What if the analysis is wrong?

If the free preview misreads your package, do not pay. If the report misses or misstates something material, tell us within 30 days and we refund you: email hello@winmybids.com with the deadline, mandatory requirement, required form, or contract term we got wrong and we refund in full. The same applies to a priced bid that does not follow the buyer’s form or misreads the scope. If processing fails and we cannot produce a report, we refund automatically. We do not refund because a bid was unsuccessful, because you decided not to bid, or because an estimate labeled as ours turned out to differ from your own costs.

Is there a subscription?

Not for the report or the priced bid. Every package is a one-time purchase: the report for $19.95, Bid Pricing for $19.95 more ($34.95 for both), the Response Pack for $49.00 more. Nothing about a package renews, and buying one never enrolls you in anything. Your rate card is saved to your account, so the second bid is priced without retyping it.

Bid Pricing Pro is a separate, optional plan for contractors who price work every month: $49.00 a month, or $390.00 a year (4 months free, about $32.50 a month). Cancel any time from your dashboard and it ends at the period. The Bid Season Pass, $99.00 for 90 days, is the non-renewing option for a busy quarter.

What does Bid Pricing Pro include?

The exact sheet in the bid calculator, line by line on the buyer’s form, and the numbers behind it: your cost floor, the recommended and premium prices above it, and every figure we fill in with its source and the date it took effect, including the minimum wage where the work is performed. The calculator without limits: any number of sites, periodic services, and the sheet exported to Excel or CSV. Your bid history, with what you submitted and whether you won. Email reminders seven days and one day before a proposal deadline, a questions deadline, a site visit, or a pre-bid meeting. And three Bid Intelligence Reports a month, pricing included, unlocked from any package’s checkout page.

It pays for itself at the second priced bid in a month: two Report + Bid Pricing packages cost $69.90 against $49.00. Commercial cleaning today; security and landscaping next. Everything you save is yours alone and never pooled with other bidders.

Do you write the proposal?

We draft, you finish. The report tells you what the buyer is asking for, how you will be scored, what could disqualify you, and what to do first; the compliance matrix gives you the outline to write against; Bid Pricing gives you the number. The Response Pack ($49.00 add-on) adds a proposal outline mirroring the evaluation criteria with page budgets, a compliance response matrix with placeholders, executive summary and cover letter drafts grounded in the actual solicitation, the required-forms checklist, a clarification letter, and a submission-day checklist, generated with your report and delivered beside it as a Word document the minute the analysis finishes. The final response is still yours to write, sign, and submit.

Can I add an addendum later?

Yes. The Bid Intelligence Report includes one addendum re-analysis within 30 days of purchase, and Report + Bid Pricing includes two. Uploading an addendum from the dashboard is not built yet, so for now email it to hello@winmybids.com and we re-run the analysis with the addendum included, so new or moved deadlines, revised requirements, and answers to bidder questions are picked up with the same page citations.
