What you know before you price.

Fourteen sections in the order a careful estimator reads a package. Four of them, from the sample report.

  1. Deadlines

Every date, including the one that disqualifies you.

Questions, site visits, pre-bid meetings, submission, award. Mandatory items are marked, conflicting dates are shown side by side, and addendum changes are flagged instead of silently applied.

Deadlines section: the mandatory pre-proposal conference, the questions deadline, and the final addendum date, each with its page chip.
  2. Requirements

Every shall and must, tagged and traceable.

A compliance matrix you can work through: mandatory or desirable, the exact quote, the page it sits on, and a status column. Exports to Excel and CSV.

Requirements and compliance matrix: filters, Excel and CSV export, and the first requirement row marked mandatory, critical, disqualifier.
  3. Contradictions

Where the package disagrees with itself.

Square footage in the RFP against the attachment. Insurance limits before and after the addendum. Both values, both pages, and the question to ask the buyer before you price.

Contradictions: 142,000 versus 156,400 square feet, both quotes side by side with their pages.
  4. Action plan

What to do first, second, and third.

Start-by dates worked back from the deadlines, so the bond, the references, and the site visit are handled before the week they are due.

Action plan: register for the mandatory site visit, confirm the qualification gates, with dates and the requirement each step comes from.

Plus overview, bid decision, scope, required documents, evaluation criteria, pricing instructions, the priced bid, contract terms, risks, and questions to ask. Open the sample report

Pasting it into a chatbot stops short. This goes further.

A 200-page package, and a price you have to stand behind, needs more than a summary.

Questions

Anything else: hello@winmybids.com

What do I get?

The Bid Intelligence Report, $19.95 one-time after a free preview. Every deadline, mandatory requirement, required form, evaluation criterion, pricing instruction, scope fact, contract risk, and contradiction in the package, each linked to its source page, plus the compliance matrix (Excel and CSV), a PDF, a calendar export, and a go/no-go score. It is generated in minutes.

Bid Pricing, $34.95 with the report or +$19.95 added to it: a priced bid on the buyer’s own form, built from the rates you enter and our labeled estimates for the blanks. The sample report carries a complete priced bid so you can see exactly what you get. The Response Pack, a $49.00 add-on, brings the proposal outline, response matrix, drafts, and checklists, generated with your report and delivered beside it as a Word document. Every package is one-time; a plan is never required.

What does Bid Pricing look like?

A sheet in the structure of the buyer’s own price form. For the sample janitorial package that is one monthly fee per facility, nine rows, each with the square footage, nights per week, and day porter hours behind it, then unit prices for the periodic work (carpet extraction, floor refinishing, windows), the totals for the year and the term, and four price bands: cost floor, your rates, recommended, and premium.

Beside it: the rate card as you entered it, every assumption with where it came from and how confident we are, and checks against the contract terms the report found (bid security, performance bond, living wage escalation, payment terms, liquidated damages). Open the sample priced bid.

Where do the numbers in Bid Pricing come from?

Three places, and every number says which. Your rate: what you entered (per square foot, hourly by role, per visit, monthly, overhead, margin). From the RFP: stated in the package, such as a living wage, a contract term, or the square footage in an attachment. Our estimate: what fills the blanks you left: the federal, state, and city minimum wage where the work is performed, each shown with its source and the date it took effect, and mid-market production rates, burden, and margin figures, each with a confidence level and a note on what to confirm. Where the work is performed comes from the package, or from the state and city you choose in the calculator.

We never use other customers’ bids, and we never give two bidders on the same solicitation a shared target. A priced bid is an estimate to start your own judgment from, not a guarantee of cost or award.

Is it accurate?

Every finding carries the document, page, and highlighted passage it came from, so you can verify anything in one click. Findings without a source are not shown. Extraction is tested against a corpus of real and synthetic solicitations. In the priced bid, every figure is labeled as yours, from the RFP, or our estimate, and every estimate carries a confidence level.

That said, it is software reading documents, not a person. Treat the report as a fast, thorough first read, then confirm the items that matter to your bid.

What if the analysis is wrong?

If the free preview misreads your package, do not pay. If the report misses or misstates something material, tell us within 30 days and we refund you: email hello@winmybids.com with the deadline, mandatory requirement, required form, or contract term we got wrong and we refund in full. The same applies to a priced bid that does not follow the buyer’s form or misreads the scope. If processing fails and we cannot produce a report, we refund automatically. We do not refund because a bid was unsuccessful, because you decided not to bid, or because an estimate labeled as ours turned out to differ from your own costs.

What happens to my documents?

Files go directly to private storage over TLS and are read only by our processing worker and your account. Document text is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for analysis under API terms that exclude training on your content. Nothing trains on your files, and your rates are never shared with other bidders. You can delete any package and its files from the dashboard at any time, and documents are removed automatically 90 days after upload. Details on the security page.
